Governing Laws

The laws of the Republic of the Philippines will govern the Terms and Conditions stated herein. Said laws shall apply to contracts and any other commercial endeavor that may be entered into by the residents of the Philippines. Any actions that pertain to the enforcement of these Terms and Conditions or anything relative thereto shall be brought solely in Philippine Courts, specifically in Bacolod City. All parties thereby agree to the stated venue of action.

By accessing or using the website, you are giving your full consent to be bound by the terms and conditions of the website. If you have no intention to be found by these terms and conditions, then do not use nor access the website. Any form of usage, even as simple as browsing, will be treated as your assent to the terms and conditions listed herein and that it will be deemed that you have read, fully understood and have agreed to them and that you access this site voluntarily and in your own volition.

Online Reading Requirement

BongBong’s offer its product for online ordering and it uses a third-party software to facilitate the ordering and processing of goods found on the website.

A minimum order is set per product on the product page. Website users can choose to go order more than the minimum or within minimum. Any order that falls below the minimum shall not be processed by the system.

Shipping fee shall be shouldered by the user, calculated together with the cost of goods ordered upon Checkout.

BongBong’s accepts payment through PayPal and Bank Transfer.

For Bank Transfer, BongBong’s will give you 3 days to make payment counted from the day you made or completed the order, including weekends. Failure to make payment on ordered items within 3 days will render the transaction cancelled.

The maximum amount of order is PhP10,000. For bulk orders that exceed the allowed maximum, contact the company via phone.

In case you are not around to receive your order, leave a letter of authority with the person who will receive your goods. A photocopy of and ID must also be left so that the courier can verify the identity of the person receiving the goods.

Once the order has been confirmed or payment has been made from any channel, no refund, change or cancellation of the order can be made. In the event that an order was made, and while pending payment or prior to the produce being shipped, the product was discontinued, pulled out from the shelves, or any other similar circumstance, which rendered it unavailable for shipping to the customer, jurisdiction of the Philippines, you are doing so at your own volition. BongBong’s shall not be liable for the consequences of your action, such as but not limited to, custom-related issues, inability to receive package due to existing laws or anything similar, or for any non-compatibility with the local laws from your access point.
