Famous travel vlogger, Chopstick Travel, visits BongBong’s Piaya and Barquillos and he likes what he sees
Chopstick Travel, a famous travel vlogger known for sharing to the world the unique foods that are distinct in the places he visits, has chosen the Philippines, and Negros Occidental was one of the lucky places that he opted to have a look around. Out of all the food establishments that Negros is proud of, Chopstick Travel chose to pay BongBong’s Piaya and Barquillos a visit!
Chopstick Travel got a taste of piaya, the famous pasalubong delicacy made by BongBong’s Piaya and Barquillos. He did not contend himself with merely tasting the piaya but was eager to find out how the fine delicacy that Negros is proud of is actually made.
The vlogger paid a visit to BongBong’s La Carlota plant and was given the chance to have a look at the whole piaya making process, which starts from the raw materials, the actual baking process, up to the time that the piayas are packed and ready for distribution.
Aside from witnessing the piaya-making process, he was also introduced to the other products that BongBong’s offers to its patrons, all of which are likewise delectable and could bring about a burst of flavor to even the most discriminating palate.
Of course, a visit to BongBong’s would not be complete if he could not bring home a host of the famous Bacolod delicacies.
